THE HOLDFLEX™ 30-DAY HEAVY-DUTY GUARANTEE

1. The 30-Day Tension Trial

We back every single belt with a strict 30-day trial, beginning the exact day your package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier.

To prevent abuse of this guarantee and maintain institutional health standards, items being returned for a voluntary refund must be received at our inspection facility in pristine, resalable condition. This requires the product to be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any secondary modifications or stretch damage.
  • 100% free of external debris, lint, or pet hair.
  • Enclosed cleanly within its original retail packaging with all promotional components present.
  • Verified by your official digital HoldFlex™ order confirmation or receipt.

2. Industrial Warranty & Structural Defects

If your gear arrives compromised or suffers a legitimate structural failure, we do not make you jump through bureaucratic hoops. We replace it immediately at our expense.

Manufacturing discrepancies, transit damage, or incorrect color allocations must be reported to our processing command within 72 hours of carrier delivery.

To activate an immediate, zero-cost warranty replacement, simply email support@theholdflex.com with:

  1.  Your active web order number.
  2.  A clear, close-up photograph or video displaying the specific structural issue or broken component.
  3.  A photograph of your physical exterior delivery label.

Once our automated system cross-references the batch error, a brand-new, factory-sealed replacement unit will be issued and tracked directly to your doorstep.

3. Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To maintain structural order inside our fulfillment network, unscheduled packages sent back to our corporate mailing addresses or origin warehouses without an authorized RMA tracking number will be immediately rejected and discarded.

To initialize an authorized voluntary return:

  • Transmit a direct request to support@theholdflex.com.
  • Once vetted and approved, our systems will issue your unique RMA Number alongside the exact domestic postal address for our closest North American processing hub.

4. Return Freight Accountability

Buyers assume full financial accountability for procuring their own trackable return shipping labels and covering all outbound shipping fees. All original transaction shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

Because we cannot issue credits on items we do not physically receive, we highly mandate utilizing a trackable, insured postal service (such as USPS, Canada Post, or FedEx). HoldFlex™ assumes zero liability for packages lost, intercepted, or structurally compromised by third-party delivery carriers during return transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We maintain zero-tolerance boundaries for specific asset classes. Returns will be instantly disqualified if they consist of:

  • Belts showing definitive signs of intentional tearing, long-term wardrobing, or everyday heavy use.
  • Items stripped of their original retail branding or structural snap-hooks.
  • Digital gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Promotional bundles specifically designated as Final Sale at checkout.

6. Zero Exchange Protocol

To keep our inventory data perfectly clean and ensure hyper-fast shipping speeds across North America, HoldFlex™ executes a strict Zero Direct Exchange Protocol. If you determine that you prefer a different color variant after receiving your order, return your current authorized item under our standard policy parameters for a baseline refund and purchase your newly desired colorway via an independent checkout session on our website.

7. Institutional Refund Processing Timelines

The moment your authorized return clears physical arrival at our inspection depot, our auditing team will evaluate the unit for compliance with our pristine condition metrics. An automated validation notice will be sent to your email address confirming the pass/fail result of the inspection.

  • Approved Claims: The purchase value will be instantly credited back to your original purchasing mechanism via standard credit, debit, or secure electronic transaction reversals within 10 business days.
  • Banking Lag Times: Please allow your localized banking institution an additional 3 to 5 business days to clear internal accounting ledgers and reflect the capital balance on your statement. If your funds have not finalized within 15 business days post-approval, notify our finance desk at support@theholdflex.com for direct audit tracing.

8. International Withdrawal Rights (EU Consumers)

For packages physically funneled into the European Union, buyers retain a statutory legal window to cancel or revoke their purchase contract within 14 calendar days of delivery for any arbitrary reason. Returned goods must rigorously match our unused cleanliness criteria, and the consumer maintains full accountability for all international return logistics fees.
